Voluntary Termination Program, and a Bulk Water Program.
NEW LAWN WATERING PROGRAM
The District offers a New Lawn Watering Program to provide a temporary reduction
of the sanitary sewer service charge to District residential customers
who are using above normal amounts of water to establish a newly sodded or seeded lawn.
This reduction provides for the abatement of the monthly sanitary sewer charges
in excess of the monthly minimum charge
or monthly average sewer charge, if available.

SWIMMING POOL FILL PROGRAM
The District offers a Swimming Pool Fill Program to provide for the sale of water
to District residential customers who are filling a swimming pool
without incurring the associated sanitary sewer service charges on that water usage.
The customer must come to the District office to sign out a
District Pool Fill Meter, which they will connect to their exterior faucet
to measure the amount of water used to fill their pool.
Meters are available on a first come first serve basis so you may want to call the office first to make sure one is available to be picked up.
The customer will be billed for this water with their regular household consumption,
but without the associated sanitary sewer charge.
Meters are available for use ONE time per service address per season.
These meters require a minimum of 1,000 gallons and
are not for routine use for purposes of "topping off" your pool water level.
Your account must be current to utilize a pool meter.

VOLUNTARY TERMINATION PROGRAM
The District offers a reduction of the minimum monthly bill for residential customers
who are out of their homes for an extended period of time;
for example, while on vacation, during relocation, or due to illness.
The customer's account must be in good standing and a
Voluntary Termination Request Application must be submitted in advance.
Water service will be turned off at the curb box for the term of the request.
Monthly water and/or sewer charges will be abated
during the period of time service is terminated.
The minimum monthly rate or actual rate based on the meter reading
at the time of disconnection and reconnection, whichever is greater,
shall apply to the month of disconnection and to the month service is restored.
This policy does not abate the Debt Elimination Fee.

- With District water service only, for a bill cycle with no water use,
the customer would not receive a bill. - With both District water and sewer services, for a bill cycle with no water use,
the customer would receive a bill for the Debt Elimination Fee only. - With District sewer service and water service provided by another public utility provider,
the customer must provide a copy of the work orders documenting
when the water was turned off and back on, to benefit from the reduction
in their sewer charge and will receive a bill for the Debt Elimination Fee only.
If documentation of the reconnection is not provided within 15 days,
the customer may be subject to forfeiture of any abatement of charges received. - Unfortunately, the abatement of sewer charges is not available to customer's who obtain their water from a private well.
BULK WATER PROGRAM
The District offers a Bulk Water Program to provide for the sale of treated water
for commercial use, including, but not limited to,
residential and commercial building construction activities, utility construction activities and consumption by commercial and residential consumers that currently do not have
an adequate potable water source.
There are two (2) options for purchasing bulk water from the District:
A list of District approved bulk water access locations will be provided
at the time of application in an attempt to protect the centralized water system
and avoid traffic congestion and hazards.
Customers who participate in the Bulk Water Program
are charged at the District's current bulk water rate based on the actual meter readings
and, for Long Term Plan participants, on the usage reflected on the Consumption Log,
both of which must be submitted to the District for review on the second Monday of each month. A monthly invoice will be mailed and payment for bulk water consumption must be made
in compliance with the billing cycle as established by the District.
