At the District, we understand that with all the bills you receive, it can get quite overwhelming. We hope this site will help answer some questions on billing received from the Southwest Licking Community Water and Sewer District.

Our Billing is set up on a monthly cycle. You should receive a bill each month for the previous month's service. Our bills are mailed on or shortly before the 1st of the month. If you have not received your bill by the 7th of the month, please contact our Billing Department (740-927-0410) for your amount due and a duplicate statement will be sent to you.

2010 Rates for Service

Water Service $17.55 minimum per month, based on 0-3,000 gallons Additional consumption: 3001 - 40,000 gallons, $5.17 per 1,000 gallons Over 40,000 gallons, $6.77 per 1,000 gallons

Metered Sanitary Sewer Service $9.88 per 1,000 gallons includes an OM&R (Operations, Maintenance & Repair) charge = $29.64 minimum per month, based on 0-3,000 gallons + $11.95 Debt Elimination Charge = $41.59 Total Monthly Minimum Charge

Metered Combined Service $17.55 Minimum Monthly Water Charge + $41.59 Minimum Monthly Sanitary Sewer Charge = $59.14 Total Monthly Minimum Charge

Unmetered Sanitary Sewer Charge $46.24 flat rate per month includes an OM&R (Operations, Maintenance & Repair) charge + $11.95 Debt Elimination Charge = $58.19 Total Monthly Charge

ESFU Water Connection Fees $5,746.00 Total Charge, including 3/4" meter & inspection

ESFU Sanitary Sewer Connection Fees $7,178.00
